Born in 2020, The Burger Truck delivers the ultimate burger experience in Sussex.

From smashed beef burgers to southern fried chicken, our menu is built around quality, flavour and proper street food.

We use grass-fed, aged beef from Aubrey Allen, the seeded buns are baked daily and are toasted in duck and beef tallow.

Most of our sauces are made in house and our menu caters for all tastes ranging from the classic Staying True with ketchup and mustard to the Bussin which includes red onion jam and maple streaky bacon. Our burgers are crispy on the edges but moist and a little pink on the inside exactly how smashed burger should be served.

While we do offer delivery for those cosy-at-home moments, our smash burgers are truly at their best when collected and eaten straight away.
